As a Member of the Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE), an organisation founded by the the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA), IT Power helped kick off the ARE “Technological Solutions” Work Group in Frankfurt.  The purpose was to discuss how to foster Rural Electrification by massive deployment of Renewable Energy technologies. 

An important issue is the promotion of energy programmes and projects which meet sustainability criteria regarding the technological, socio-economic, organisational and socio-cultural aspects.  With its incomparable expertise, IT Power will prepare an overview of all project phases with the corresponding requirements and perceived obstacles.  Once the main bottlenecks of a fast growing market have been identified, the group will jointly prepare action items to address decision makers in politics and development organisations.  IT Power is, as it has been in the past 27 years, on the forefront of developments to bring energy services to the world.
