China’s growing appetite for energy will make it one of the biggest renewable energy players.  The renewable energy law targets 16% of power to come from renewable sources by 2020.  Shortly after that time, China will overtake the US as the largest energy consumer in the world.

IT Power has been undertaking projects in China since 1982 and in February 2003 set up a regional representative office in Beijing.   The office is now 10 strong and has extensive experience in sustainable energy, climate change, policy and innovative financing, market development and the CDM.
